For years now, I have been enjoying a wonderful relationship with another woman. We met in college and quickly became lovers, although we continued to date men and enjoy sex with them. After college Janice ventured to New York to pursue a career on the stage, while I went into real-estate sales at home. Eventually I married and settled into a very happy life as a working wife, but Janice and I never lost touch. Henry, my husband, knows of my relationship with Janice and is wholly supportive, allowing us our ”private moments“ whenever she comes to visit us.

Though her visits rarely exceed three or four days, I savor them. When we are together, it is not a bittersweet grasping at the past or a requiem for lost youth. Rather, our special relationship grows richer, fuller, with every glorious reunion.
